Once the order is placed, the delivery time is 1 to 3 working days.
The shipping cost is 6€ for mainland Spain and 9€ for the Balearic Islands.
We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. However, you can contact us at info@soniapena.com to evaluate shipping options if you reside in any of these territories.
We will only accept the exchange or refund of the amount paid, provided that the items are returned in the same condition in which it was sold, in its original packaging and without signs of use. Once the necessary checks have been made and the optimal condition of the product has been confirmed, we will proceed to refund your order.
If, on the other hand, the order is overdue, damaged, incomplete or shows signs of use, no refund or exchange will be accepted on any item that has been tampered with or modified.
