Once the order has been placed, the delivery time to the requested address is 1 to 3 working days in the peninsula and Balearic Islands.

*Delivery time may vary depending on festive periods such as Christmas, Easter or Black Friday.

The shipping cost is 6€ for mainland Spain and 9€ for the Balearic Islands. We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, but if you live in any of these territories, you can contact info@soniapena.com and we can evaluate shipping options for these cases.

Once you have received your order, you have 15 calendar days to return or exchange it. Only one size change is allowed with no additional shipping cost. If a second or more changes are needed, a new shipping cost of 6€ in the peninsula and 9€ if you live in the Balearic Islands will be charged.

We will only accept the exchange or refund of the amount paid, provided that the items are returned in the same condition in which it was sold, in its original packaging and without signs of use. Once the necessary checks have been made and the optimal condition of the product has been confirmed, we will proceed to refund your order.

If, on the other hand, the order is overdue, damaged, incomplete or shows signs of use, no refund or exchange will be accepted on any item that has been tampered with or modified at the customer’s request.
