Once the order has been placed, the delivery time to the requested address is 1 to 3 working days in the peninsula and Balearic Islands.

Delivery is free to the Iberian Peninsula and the Balearic Islands. We do not deliver to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla. If you live in any of these areas, please contact info@soniapena.com and we will be able to discuss delivery options for these cases.
Once you have received your order, you have 15 calendar days to request exchanges or returns.
Returns
The cost of the return will be €4.95 for mainland Spain and €9 for the Balearic Islands.
A refund of the amount paid will only be accepted provided that the items are returned in the same condition as when they were sold, in their original packaging and showing no signs of use. Once the necessary checks have been carried out and the product’s perfect condition has been confirmed, we will proceed to refund your order, deducting, where applicable, the cost of the return.
Changes
One free size exchange is permitted for mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.
For the second exchange or any subsequent exchanges, the delivery charge will be €4.95 in mainland Spain and €9 in the Balearic Islands.
If the order is past its expiry date, damaged, incomplete or shows signs of use, neither a refund nor an exchange will be accepted. Nor will exchanges or returns be accepted for any items that have been altered or modified at the customer’s request.
